Cleveland Controls Announces Relocation to Garfield Heights, Bringing New Investment and Jobs to Highland Park
GARFIELD HEIGHTS, Ohio — The City of Garfield Heights is proud to announce that Cleveland Controls, a leading manufacturer of pressure switches, air proving devices, and sensing technologies, will relocate its operations to Highland Park, owned by Industrial Commercial Properties (ICP), marking another significant milestone in the city's ongoing economic development efforts.
The relocation reinforces Garfield Heights' mission to be among Northeast Ohio's premier locations for advanced manufacturing and industrial investment. By occupying the former MPAC facility, Cleveland Controls will return a key industrial property to productive use while positioning the company for continued growth in a strategic location with excellent access and a strong regional workforce.
Cleveland Controls has earned an international reputation for manufacturing high-quality pressure sensing and control products serving the HVAC, industrial, and commercial equipment markets. The company's move to Garfield Heights will support additional growth of product lines and new jobs, while continuing to deliver innovative products to customers worldwide.
